“Well all i can say, is it is the best thing i have ever done, i have lost 20lbs and am now in a size 12 jeans for the first time in 5yrs!!!! I can push and pull the prowler with weight on (i could just about push it one length empty when i started) I can roll big massive tractor tyres (i felt such a sense of achievment after doing this), i always leave camp feeling full of energy and now drink water +++ something i never did enough of before and i try as much as i can to stick to the diet, i love nuts can eat stir fry without needing noodles added to it, because yes vegetables are very filling even without the added carbs. I have my Fatty Photo on my phone as a reminder of how i was, i still want to loose more weight and i am motivated to carry on.”

“When my wife started boot camp I must admit I was sceptical to say the least!

After a couple of weeks I could see the energy she had and that she was really enjoying the whole regime. So I thought let’s give it a go and joined.

Well 3 camps down the road I have lost 3 stone and my fitness has increased dramatically!!! At first it was hard to stick to the diet and must admit that I still probably eat too much fruit. But with Jon’s guidance it was great to see me feel more energy just by changing my diet. The amazing thing is I just don’t get hunger pains like I used to. Now whether this is due to the supplements I don’t know but it works!!

The work outs are hard and at times it felt like hell running around the Guet doing the dirty thirty or any of the other challenges but the guys were always there to support and encourage you to stay focused and not give up. The mix up between outdoor (summer) and the ever changing indoor circuits keeps it fresh and challenging. Over the last 20 years I have been to gyms and sat on a bike, rowing machine etc but got bored and wasted money by not attending and giving up before I had even seen any changes. But these guys keep the motivation going so you want to carry on. I am even missing it on our week off. Now for me that is mad!

As well as shedding 3 stone and having to buy new clothes my asthma is almost nonexistent. When I started I was using my inhalers throughout the day steroids to prevent it and another to help when I had an attack. Now I hardly use the steroid perhaps one puff every 2 days instead of 4 a day as prescribed and most of the time I don’t even carry one with me. For me this is fantastic as I have suffered for years and the last ten years have been getting worse.

I now cannot wait for the next camp to start and thanks guys for the new lease of life.”

“My background is in nursing and I am an advanced remedial massage therapist and fully aware of how the body works. It was sheer delight to be shown, and constantly encouraged, how to maintain a healthy nutritionally balanced diet for life, along with excellent body toning exercises. I was diagnosed with ME 8 yrs ago and still suffer from ‘weak’ spots, I also have asthma, IBS and suffer from arthritis.

My asthma is better controlled, I have not had any IBS symptoms since beginning the nutritional side of things, my ‘weak’ spots (extreme lethargy) are being put through their paces but I do seem to recover more quickly than I have ever done before. I am now out of my bed same time as my boys in the morning instead of struggling to move.

The weight loss (15lbs first fit camp with 20inchs lost all over body) is helping my joints and I have noticed a massive improvement in my overall endurance and strength, something that has been lacking for 8 yrs.

I am on my second camp and have signed up basically for life! I now have started introducing my son to better nutrition with all the research behind it supplied by Jon as well as fitness, and hope to get him into GFC for kids soon. “2 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia – my body ached constantly. As someone who has always liked food, and kept the weigh off with exercise I found myself becoming much less active but continuing to eat. Two and a half stone later something had to be done.

I saw the advert for the 4 week fitness camp – and to be honest decided I could put up with aching from exercise for 4 weeks – and that would solve my problem.

Well….. 4 weeks in – having lost 10 pounds completely changed my diet, not only did I feel more energetic full of energy, and thinner – I have not ached from the Fybromyalgia either – honestly. This has become a life change for me – I cannot imagine going back to how I was. Thank you Jon.”

“When i first signed up all was well then reality hit what have i done! Feeling just slightly nervous about what i had let myself in for i was a bit doubious as to how i was going to feel and change.First night i almost backed out but some how stayed now all i can say is that it was the best decision i made. The first week was not one of my best but knew from others that that would pass and it did.Even after the first session i was looking forward to the next and then really looked forward to the future ones.The nutrition plan wasnt easy at first but soon got into the swing of it (sort of).

The second week i really started to see result in weight loss and the inches started to come off and all of a sudden i felt like a brighter happy me was comming back and felt more alive that i had done in ages. Martin Gregson, W.Bridgford – Thought he’d ‘tried everything’…

“Having suffered with PVFS (Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome) or ME (Myalgic Encephalopathy) as most doctors refer for what is an illness of uncertain cause and cannot be identified, for over 10 years after contracting a life threatening virus whilst travelling. I generally had no energy, no strength and was constantly tied.

I have tried everything and anything from, acupuncture to Reike, every wonder juice and alternative medicine known to man, to no avail.

To make matters worse 7 years ago I had a prolapsed disc in my lower back, which resulted in surgery and 6 x weeks layed up. Since this I have lost total confidence in the ability to exercise, firstly the PVFC loses all will to do anything, and the fear for further injury to my back put a stop to pretty much any form of exercise.

My strength dwindled and my weight gained to a hefty very unfit 17 stone, like everybody i have dieted, and can never get below 16 and ½ stone.

10 weeks ago I went to see Jon Le Tocq, and after a consultation with Jon, he put together a nutrition plan and a fitness routine that will help give me more energy, strengthen my back and general well being.

I am now 14 stone 6, running 5k in 35 minutes and dead lifting 110kg. After 10 weeks!!!!

110kg may not be a lot to some, but believe me when you have struggled to pick up a 20kg suitcase on holiday, it’s a big deal.

Most importantly of all, my energy levels have increased massively, I get to 2.30pm without feeling the need for a sleep, andcan keep focused in meetings well into the evening. Don’t get me wrong, I have a long way to go, but after 10 years of struggling at last I’m getting somewhere.

Jon’s unique method of training, nutritional advice, support and motivation have made a life changing difference to me.

“I haven’t enjoyed exercising as much as I have since training both within the circuit classes and Personal Training sessions.Yes, it’s always tougher than tough but the results come. Your motivation and enthusiasm is infectious, and because you want us to get results, we want to achieve the results. I think when I first started training with you I was still in the mind set of coming 2nd.

Whenever I did a race I’d do the training but never go that one step further to really achieve…..my PT sessions have changed this, I seem to have my ummph back and now have the guts to set targets that will require hard work rather than ones that are more than achievable (if that makes sense?)! So I am aiming for a sub 3.45 marathon and also not to be overtaken by anyone dressed as a Peperami sausage (which happened last time!!). I’ll also do the Notts half and aim to get sub 1.40 at least…its got to happen one day?!”
