Once you have registered on the Guernsey Fitness Camp, you will be able to access the ‘Metabolic Accelerator’ nutrition plan in our private community site.
This is not a fad diet but a nutrition plan which, once you have followed it for a week or so will become a natural habit.
2012 update!
We’ve updated our nutrition plan so that you have 4 different levels to progress through depending how serious you want to take it – so there really is an option for everyone and it is now SUPER-SIMPLE to follow!
The fat loss will come quickly in most cases but stay off because it also rebalances your hormones!
Always remember that you CANNOT and never will be able to out-train a bad diet so if you are here for fat loss, be prepared to change your eating habits with out support all the way!
We’ve also partnered up with Christie’s Restaurant, the Boathouse and Crabby Jacks so you know exactly which meals on the menu are the best choice for your healthy eating plan! This will be in effect from September 2011!
