Get Stuck Into a Structured Progressive Training Program!
Week 1 - Tester and Technique week. The first couple of days involve various tests and challenges which are retested in Week 4. All elements of your fitness will be tested along with your weight and measurements if you wish.
Week 2-4 - The Main Event. These are the main core of each camp in which you’ll experience a powerful combination of strength and conditioning exercises to power up every area of your fitness and shed body fat fast!
End of Week 4 - Re-Test. Re-test your original scores and measurements and see how much you’ve improved and what you need to work on in the next camp!
Week 5 - Recovery week. During this week we will give you light workouts etc to do at home and give you lots of education on key elements of getting fit and healthy with detailed articles, new healthy recipes and on occasion workshops to work on technique so you’re much better at the next camp.
